How do I purchase Gift Voucher/s?
You can purchase Chercher La Femme gift vouchers for your friends & family.
They can be sent either 'electronically' through e-mail, or as a hard
copy sent through the post.
Do I have to use the total amount of the voucher at once?
No. A portion of the voucher can be used with one order and the remaining
with another order at another time.
How do I redeem Gift Voucher/s?
Vouchers can be redeemed through our shop at Chercher La Femme 2 Latrobe
Terrace Paddington Qld Australia or via Post/fax with your order.

Once I’ve placed my order, how long
does it take?
Between five and ten working days. We will notify you by
email if there is a further delay. You will not be charged until
your order has been dispatched.
How do I purchase
You can order from our catalogue or online with the use of our order
form. Fill out the form and either phone in, post or fax back to
Chercher La Femme.
What credit cards can I use to purchase?
The following cards can be used: Master Card, Visa Card, American
Express & Diners Club.
How safe are my Credit Card details?
When you fill out the fax form with your credit card details and fax
it back we send the credit transaction directly to the bank. We
do not transfer those details to others for their commercial use.
There are three options for payment at the moment 1. Credit card
details over the phone, 2. Our fax system ensures a safer transit,
3. Personal cheque.
Pricing
What is our pricing policy?
We endeavor to keep our prices consistent throughout our catalogues
and store. Occasionally, our pricing may be slightly different due
to special promotions or mark downs. Special product mark downs
or promotions that appear within our online store are only available
online unless otherwise stated.
Do you convert my total into other currencies?
No. We will bill your credit card in Australian dollars and your card
company will convert the charges for you.
The Australian GST?
All prices on line and in store include GST. GST is payable on all
goods.

All prices are in Australian dollars. We deliver to various countries.

Postage within Australia
We send everything by Australia Post registered and insured.
Phone/Mail Order Rates
Under $100 AUS $15.00
$100 - $400 AUS $18.00
$400 & over AUS $20.00
If no one is available to sign for the parcel, 3
attempts will be made to deliver the parcel upon returning back
to us. We deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please allow
5- 10 working days delivery. Sorry no C.O.D's.
International Countries
Please contact us or leave your detailed address on the order form
It will take up to 20 working days. We deliver via Air Mail. If
no one is home for delivery, local postal guidelines apply. Sorry
no C.O.D's or P.O. Boxes. All prices are in Australian dollars.
The prices within the web site do not include relevant overseas
duties and other custom charges that you may incur.

Returns & Exchanges
How do I return an item(s)?
Goods must be returned immediately by return mail. To return an
item(s), please include the packaging slip that you received with
your parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Send the returned
item(s) to the address which appears at the top of the packaging
slip.
Goods must be returned within 3 weeks of order date - unworn and
unwashed. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding
delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered),
How can I exchange a product(s)?
If you would like to exchange colour or style, please follow the same
instructions as above indicating your requirements, and include
$9 (cheque, money order or credit card details) for re-delivery
within Australia, and $10 for re-delivery to New Zealand (credit
cards only). No re-delivery fee applies when exchanging size (Australia
only). If possible please include an alternative as we may have
sold out of your first choice. For overseas exchanges cost will
be at original freight charge.
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 2-4 days of receipt. Make
sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly
indicated.

Fabrics & Care
How do I care for my
clothes?
Pure Washed Linen
As this linen is pre washed it is hand washable
with care. It is best to place inside a wash bag when handling.
After squeezing out gently by hand, place in the washing machine
(inside bag) & spin dry. Hang in the shade to dry. These do
not require ironing as the crumpled look is what is intended but
can be ironed with steam on cotton/linen setting.
Pure washed silk
As this silk is pre washed it is hand washable with care.
Place item inside a wash bag, gently squeeze soapy water through
garment, do not soak. Rinse and gently squeeze then place bag with
garment in the washing machine on spin. Hang gently in the shade
to dry. If desired may be ironed on a silk setting.
Linen/Cotton
This is a pre washed fabric and should be treated exactly
like the pure washed linen.
All fully lined jackets are dry clean only.
All of our fabrics are dry cleanable. Be sure to remind your dry
cleaner to take notice of the care label supplied inside the garment.

Important Information
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen
circumstances (eg: Strikes etc.). All colours of garments are reproduced
as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur
in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different
via this web site and in the catalogues due to computer picture
resolution and individual monitor settings. When ordering by mail/fax,
if all items requested have sold out you will be notified by mail.
We accept no responsibility if clothes or accessories are handled
outside our recommended care instructions.
